The angle is not the best to identify it, but I bet it is a snack Synema globosum (Fabricius, 1775). The 'belly' has a very distinctive black design and the background varies from white to red through all shades of yellow and orange. Due to the design of their opisthosoma in some places call it "spider Napoleon." Greetings.
